Breast implants is currently the gold standard technique for breast augmentation. There are different incisions for implants insertion with pros and cons for each. In this presentation the lateral periareolar approach is exposed. This technique makes the skin-glandular plane of dissection in a different tridimensional plane of the muscle dissection, thus avoiding contractile scars and depressed scars in standing position and during pectoral muscle contraction.
